Global Procurement Manager

Beaumont Group is an international Executive Search company, with offices throughout Europe and formal partnerships in Asia, LATAM and USA. From our office in Brussels, we are at present recruiting a Global Procurement Manager.

Our customer is a Belgium based company active in the feed additives business offering vitamins, trace minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, hygiene products, and disinfectants. They are a mid-sized company, however servicing this market across the globe (+100 countries). They recently became part of a global stock quoted corporate (chemical industry) and a Belgian well known Equity firm.

About the Role

We are looking for a Global Procurement Manager, who in first instance will drive operationally all the procurement activities and work together with procurement coordinators in other countries. In the longer run, the international procurement function needs to be transformed, further automated and embedded supply chain driven and operational efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive operationally all the procurement activities.
• Work together with procurement coordinators in other countries.
• Transform the international procurement function.
• Further automate procurement processes.
• Embed a supply chain driven and operationally efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Strong operational procurement experience.
• Common knowledge of procurement related automation tools.
• Experience in the feed additives or chemical industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of raw materials for Animal Feed is a must.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different countries.
• English, preferable also Dutch.
